Nine actives in a 3-capsule serving: myo-inositol and black maca root extract at 600 mg each, KSM-66® ashwagandha and calcium D-glucarate at 300 mg each, DIM at 150 mg, magnesium glycinate at 75 mg, saffron flower extract at 30 mg, vitamin B6 as P-5-P at 12 mg, and chromium picolinate at 100 mcg. Every amount is printed on the label — no proprietary blends. Other ingredients are just the capsule (hypromellose) and organic rice hulls.
What’s actually in the 4-in-1 Urinary Tract Formula?
Four actives in a 2-capsule serving: D-Mannose at 1,000 mg, cranberry juice powder at 150 mg, hibiscus extract at 100 mg, and dandelion extract at 100 mg. Thirty servings per bottle. Other ingredients are the vegetable capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. Take two capsules once a day, ideally 20–30 minutes before a meal with 8 oz of water.
