From pop culture icon to health advocate. After his days as the lead singer of the multi-platinum boy band O-Town, a #1 show on MTV, starring on Broadway in WICKED, and most recently FOX’s global phenomenon The Masked Singer, Ashley’s passion shifted from entertainment to health and wellness.
Then came an unexpected reality. A routine physical revealed extremely high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol, and with it, two choices: improve the numbers, or go on statins for life.
Ashley chose to fight for the first option, and went looking for a scientifically grounded way to support his heart health. That search led him to Dr. David Rizik.
