The early 2000s saw an explosion of teen pop, with a wave of young stars and bands dominating the charts and airwaves. Among them was O-Town, a group that quickly became a household name.
One of its most recognizable faces was Ashley Parker Angel, who rose to fame as part of the band’s success.
After his pop career, Angel took a different path when Broadway came calling, expanding his career beyond music and into theater.
Now, he’s stepping into a new spotlight -- leading High Level Fitness, where his focus has shifted to health and performance.
Angel says his mission is clear: helping others reach their full potential.
