Every High Level Science product purchased on livehighlevel.com is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting the day your order is delivered.
Open the bottle. Use it daily. That's the point — our formulas are meant to be tried, and a guarantee you can't use isn't a guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, email support@livehighlevel.com with your order number and we'll refund your first order of that product in full. No forms, no restocking fees, no hoops.
- The guarantee covers your first order of each product — one guarantee claim per product, per customer.
- Opened and used products are fully covered. You do not need to return the bottle unless we ask; if a return is requested, we'll provide instructions and a prepaid label.
- Subscriptions: your first delivery is covered by the guarantee, and you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page.
Refund processing
Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@livehighlevel.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Purchases from retail partners
Products purchased in-store from a retail partner (such as GNC) are subject to that retailer's return policy and are handled by the retailer. Promotional offers (such as our GNC buy-two-get-one rebate) follow the terms listed on the offer page.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you additionally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Contact us at support@livehighlevel.com to arrange it.
